Forge Health is a little health centre tucked away and not easily seen from the main road. There are massage therapists, physio, etc. There is free parking at Rev's Bowling which is a short walk along a path between Rev's and Forge. I see Dr. Larissa Van As, naturopath, and she is awesome. She is young and very easy to talk to. I like her because she doesn't try to upsell anything.
I've been coming to this place on and off for nearly ten years. My first experience was with Hamid, who helped me recover from a car accident and back injury. I also worked with Jeff over multiple sessions to strengthen weak areas related to soccer and skiing. Most recently, I saw Stefan for a high ankle sprain. After about 7 sessions, he got me back on the field feeling better than ever.
Karina Little has been my physiotherapist ever since I hurt my shoulder at work back in March 2025 and she has been wonderful to work with. Always kind and passionate to help, she started the sessions with checking in and assessing functional abilities. She used manual therapy as well as teaching and monitoring various strengthening exercises in the gym.
